Concrete durability and long-term performance depend heavily on proper curing. To ensure the concrete reaches its full compressive strength (PSI) and structural integrity, correct moisture curing is essential.

Warranty Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

* The concrete must be kept consistently moist for a minimum of 14 to 22 days after installation
* The surface must be protected from premature drying and extreme conditions during the curing period
* No heavy loads, vehicles, or equipment should be placed on the concrete while it is curing
* All care and curing recommendations provided by our team must be followed

Proper curing allows the concrete to complete its internal hydration process, resulting in maximum strength, durability, and improved resistance to premature cracking.

Important Notes

* This warranty covers workmanship-related issues only
* Minor hairline cracks are a natural characteristic of concrete and are not considered defects
* This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
* Improper curing or lack of maintenance
* Excessive weight or misuse
* Soil movement, weather conditions, or factors beyond our control
